A mix between. . . .

Landing in Oz

and
Pooh's Very Blustery Day.
For about 24 hours Tooele County was hit with winds topping 70-80miles an hour. We were priviledged with thunder storms that started fires on both mountain ranges. These fires, along with the winds made it a very difficult day for any outdoor activities.
While me and my boys were watching TV around 5:30pm, we heard a POP!!! "Where did that come from?" "It sounded liked thunder." With some investigating--this is what we found.

For those of you can not tell, this is my sliding glass door.
Yes! It is going to shatter--any minute!

Here it is falling apart bit-by-bit.

Here is how some of the shattered glass we get to clean up. Guess no one will be going out in bare feet.

That is so scary! We've lost power a couple of times this week from late afternoon thunderstorms. The heat index right now in south Georgia is 101* and it's clouding up again.
Yall be safe and hole on to your hat!

Wow! What in the world hit it? We had some thunder and lightening, but nothing like your wind!
