This is wonderful. My sweet hubby has run a construction/flooring business for 20 years and is starting school soon for a new career. His choice: nursing. We are so excited. I am showing this to him!
I think we need more nurses with your attitude. When my 2nd husband was sick with cancer & we were in & out of hospitals we had a few good nurses but a lot that had no patience & were just pretty rude. I know you are out there & it is a tough job. My 16 year old daughter is taking a CNA class & she just finished clinicals & I was so proud of the way that she viewed it. Her little brother (13) was making fun of her having to change diapers & giving baths etc. and she just said to us it's way worse for them, do you think they want you doing that stuff for them? She has grown up so much the last year. I hope she continues in this field I think she would make a great nurse.

Charity: is having patience with someone who has let us down. It is resisting the impulse to become offended easily. It is accepting weaknesses and shortcomings. Where does he want to go to Nursing School?
I second that, I am so thankful for my job and wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I always wish I would have become a nurse, what a great way to serve and help others!
I bet you are the best nurse too. I would want your care I know that.
I think nurses don't get the credit they deserve!!!
I always wanted to be a nurse.
Until I got a 'C' chemistry.
I am sure no one complains about your bedside manner!
